1. Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched from our publishing unit, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
We only accept returns or offer exchanges in the following specific cases:
- Damaged During Transit: If the book/material reaches you in a physically damaged condition.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a subject or course material different from what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defects: If there are missing pages or printing errors that make the material unreadable.
Note: You must report such issues within 24-48 hours of receiving the delivery, along with an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Returns or refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If the student changes their mind after the material has been dispatched.
- If the student finds the content "difficult" or "not useful" for their specific perspective (as our materials are reference aids and quality is subjective).
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return request is approved and the item is received back at our facility, we will inspect it.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).
5. Digital/Consultancy Services:
Please note that any digital guidance or consultancy fees provided by our experts are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
